ImgWala provides a suite of browser-based image processing tools (the "Services"). All image processing occurs locally on the user's device using HTML5 Canvas and JavaScript. ImgWala does not upload, store, or see your images at any point.

3. Use License

Permission: Permission is granted to use the tools on ImgWala for both personal and commercial purposes.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website.
• Use any automated system (crawlers, bots) to access the site in a way that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.
• Use our tools for any illegal purpose or to process material that violates third-party copyrights.

4. Disclaimer ("As-Is" Clause)

The materials and tools on ImgWala are provided on an 'as is' basis. ImgWala makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Further, ImgWala does not warrant that the tools will be error-free or that the results of the image processing will meet your specific requirements (e.g., exact file size or quality).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImgWala or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools, even if ImgWala has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Note: Because we do not store your images, we cannot recover any files that are lost or unsaved if your browser closes.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, code, branding, and original content of ImgWala are the property of the site owner. Your processed images remain your property; ImgWala claims no ownership over any files you process using our tools.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Google AdSense and Google Analytics. By using this site, you acknowledge that these third-party services may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

ImgWala may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
